Le Yoga Nidra
Nidrâ Yoga is accessible to everyone, it’s yogic sleep yoga or lucid dreaming. They are closer to meditation than to postural yoga. Sophrology has been very inspired by this.
Lying on your back, let yourself be guided by the instructor who will lead the meditation. Alternating awareness, breathing and visualization exercises. All conducted under the yoke of a Sankalpa, an intention formulated at the beginning of the session.
The brain reaches a delta level during the session. It is then possible to connect with the subconscious for countless benefits. Ideal for combating stress and insomnia, you can see for yourself very quickly the positive effects on your body, mind and general state.
The sessions can be of varying duration, ideally between 45 minutes and one hour. After that, you’ll feel like you’ve slept for several hours. Intense recovery activated by relaxation.
